List of certificate verification and provisional selection list for the subjects Tamil, History and Economics vide Notification No. 10/2019, Dated: 12.06.2019

              For the Direct Recruitment of 2144 Post Graduate Assistants / Physical Education Directors Grade-I, the examination were held on 27.09.2019, 28.09.2019 and 29.09.2019. The results were published on 18.10.2019 and 21.10.2019 and the certificate verification was conducted on 08.11.209 and 09.11.2019. The Board already released the provisional selection list for 12 subjects on 20.11.2019 except Tamil, History and Economics for the School Education department.

             Meanwhile, some writ petitions were filed in the Hon’ble High Court of Madras and representations were received from the candidates for non selection. Based on the Court direction and genuinity of the representation, the Board decided to modify the selection list for the subjects Mathematics and Physical Director Grade-I. The modified provisional selection list for the above two subjects were published herewith.

             Some writ petitions also filed challenging the final key answers published by the Teachers Recruitment Board in the subjects Tamil, History and Economics. In that writ petitions the Hon’ble High Court directed the Board, to constitute a expert committee and the committee should consider the representation/objection for the key answers received from the candidates till 29.11.2019 and take a final decision. As per the recommendation of the expert committee for the above 3 subjects and revised final key were arrived. The changes in three subjects are as follows.

             Accordingly, the revised final key and the revised marks of the candidates herewith published for the above subjects. Based on the revised marks, the new Certificate Verification list is arrived in the ratio 1:2. The additional candidates who were not included in the earlier C.V list, the certificate verification will be held on 21.01.2020.

             It is also published herewith the provisional selection list for Tamil, History and Economics, reserving vacancies for the new additional candidates who are in the new C.V list. This selection is purely provisional and is subject to the outcome of various writ petitions pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras and Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.

             The selection list for the BC/MBC & DNC welfare department and Adi-Dravida & Tribal welfare department for the all subjects also published herewith.

             The appointment orders for the eligible candidates, satisfying all eligibility conditions will be issued by the concern department separately after due process.
